1. Business Information and Legal Entity

This platform is operated by ColiTrace, a commercial entity officially registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KVK number 91217598. Our registered physical address is: Hulswitweg 47 G 080, 2031 BG Haarlem, Netherlands. By accessing or using the ColiTrace software, hardware tracking systems, or transactional notification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Technology Service Boundaries

We supply carriers with tracking software consoles, rugged GPS units, and transaction-triggered notification APIs. ColiTrace acts solely as an independent logistics technology provider. We are not a freight carrier, shipping broker, or logistics contractor.

3. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Access to our operational cloud requires an active commercial subscription. Fees are invoiced at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our operator services. Standard subscription cancellations enforce a 30-day notice period.

4. Professional Acceptable Use Policy

Every registered operator must comply with our professional system policies. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Create shipment records for prohibited, stolen, or illegal materials.
• Fabricate or falsify route records, or dispatch misleading transactional status updates.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with cellular GPS tracking units.
• Use notification channels to distribute marketing, promotional, or non-transactional materials.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms of service, along with all operational licensing contracts, are governed, construed, and enforced in full accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this contract fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
